Returns and Refunds Policy

At ATZ-Motion Supplies, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Returns
Eligibility: You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, custom or personalized items, and intimate or sanitary goods.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at office@atz-motion.co.uk .We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your return.
2. Refunds
Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Method: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will automatically be applied within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at office@atz-motion.co.uk
4. Shipping
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
Processing Time: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
