1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are subject to change due to various factors beyond our control.

 

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): 1st Class from £1.35

                                                                                       1st Class Signed For from £3.05

Express Shipping (1-2 business days): Express24 from £9.70

                                                                                     Express AM from £13.70

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak periods.

 

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within [24] hours.

 

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ATZ-Motion Supplies is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, t axes, etc.).

 

6. Damages and Lost Packages

ATZ-Motion Supplies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future to include international destinations.
